Today's DAR

DAR chapters are involved in local projects to educate the public in conservation efforts. General Marion's Brigade Chapter recently partnered with Berkeley County Soil & Water Conservation District, Clemson Extension, Keep Berkeley Beautiful, Town of Moncks Corner and Ashley Cooper Stormwater Education Consortium.

A pollinator garden was created at the

Moncks Corner Recreation Complex.

Honoring our Vietnam Veterans

General Marion's Brigade partnered with the United States Department of Defense to honor local veterans of the Vietnam War. We held three events to remember the fallen and their families, welcome home veterans and express our gratitude on behalf of American citizens for service to our country.
